Butchart Gardens

What can I say. The initial view of the Sunken Garden at Butchart Gardens is worth the price of admission

Back in Victoria after a night in Duncan. Had to go to Butchart Gardens. Glad I did. Now, tooling about Victoria (busier and more compact than Halifax). I'm not much for shopping, even if there is a big MEC here. I like to walk. I like to sit. Found a pretty good pizza place.

Tonight, it's back to see Beck and family, then off to the opera!

Cheers, Bruce.

Brucie:

Over, and above, all the neat moving around-----by foot, bus, bike, and doing various things in the air and water, it seems lots of meals are being eaten in pubs and washed down with beer.....lots of beer.

Sounds like a vacation on your brain and body.

We have insurance for the PPP. Require some work on the poster and registration--get home soon, eh!

Cheers

Brucie too.

Hey Bruce,
Great Blogging....love the pix!
Saltspring Island...another great place to retire, I think. Did you know that Randy Bachman and Robert Bateman live on this island....Rick Mercer did a piece on Bachman and they played "Taking Care of Business" while they strolled his property!
Take care and enjoy!
